Roger Ingalls

I started at large direct lender/bank, in February of 2004.  I set the Bellevue branch record a year later (since broken, no doubt), then left to join a wholesale mortgage broker as their 1st employee.  The direct bank is one of the largest lenders in the country, and had an excellent training program, a solid work environment, benefits, and all around a good group of folks to work with.  When it finally proven to me that I really did not have the best rates and prices available to me at the bank, I took the leap into the unknown world of wholesale lending.  

I received an excellent education in wholesale lending from the owners, on the finer points of originating loans from the wholesale side, and was the most productive employee in 2006.  I left that broker to become an independent in May of 2007, in order to serve borrowers even better.    

Currently, I am a co-owner of Loan Doctors NW, where I enjoy the company of Vance Won, a licensed independent loan originator, like me.  We originate as a net branch of Axia Financial (formerly Abacus), with access to the nation’s top lenders, best rates and great local support.

Before the lending business, I spent 15 years in the cable television industry as a Sales and Marketing manager.  While there, I learned to manage and grow the owner’s assets responsibly, and I apply what I learned every day in the mortgage business.

I am fiscally conservative by nature (OK, my wife says I’m cheap, and I have the car to prove it), but generous with my knowledge and desire to help anyone who asks.  The lending business gives me a wonderful opportunity to educate my clients in the often confusing process, and watch out for their interests.

I treat every borrower like they were my neighbor;  I will be accountable, and available to you, when you need me.  Every client deserves the best customer service and the best loan programs available.

When not working on loans, I enjoy spending time with my wife, my three kids and my dog.  I also try to stay young by playing guitar and singing in church and with friends.
