You've just impressed me with all your financial finesse, attitude and behavior. I was going to ask if you had any business cards or something similar to forward to me.  Besides myself, I work with several people who come into contact with people who could use your services.  Fear not, I have your name and number to refer all who could benefit from your financial guidance.
 
I hope that at some point you can get down to see my new building.  Everything seems to be going smoothly.  When it is built, we will christen it "The Roger".  As many years as I've wanted to do this, I'll probably have a celebration bigger than any of my neighbors have seen.  I thank you and so will the "boys" (goats) after they get a new home.

Anyhow, you are worth your salt for sure.  Now I know why your client gave you and your wife a weekend at Snoqualmie Falls.  You are a real gem.  Guess who I'll refer my friends and clients to when they ask for a good lender?
